Reverend Samuel Parris: Robin Williams 
Obviously when you think of a slave you think of a black person. Also I think Whoopi Goldberg kind of looks like she is from Barbados because or her hair. Actually it looks like she is from Jamaica, but they are kind of the same. Plus I could totally see her out in the woods dancing, conjuring spirits and throwing frogs into pots.
I chose Ashley Tisdale as Abby because she just seems like someone that would accuse people of being witches. I can see her dancing in the woods and drinking a potion to kill someones wife. She's seems like she could play semi-crazy person that dances in the woods and is also kind of mean and controling.
I chose Bill Gates to be Putnam because they are both rich and Putnam is a landowner and I am guessing Bill Gates has a lot of land.
Goody Ann Putnam: Julianne Moore
I chose Julianne Moore to be Ann Putnam because she seems like the perfect person to be a very religious and yet kind of depressed and superstitious. She also seems like she could play a crazy person very well just in case Ann Putnam goes crazy in the future.
I think Orlando Bloom would make a good farmer. Also he's very attractive so I could see women fighting over him. However I think he could also play a faithful, ashamed husband.
Goody Elizabeth Proctor: Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock would make a good Elizabeth because she could play the jealous wife. I could see her spreading rumors about other women and being kind of mean too.
Emma Roberts would make a good Mary because she could play the shy girl who just wants to tell the truth and take the punishment. She could play a girl that just kind of follows the crowd and does what she is told.
I chose Maggie Smith for Rebecca Nurse because she is older and probably has kids and grand kids like Rebecca. I could see her playing the nice, charitable woman whose sensible and wise.
I think Johnny Depp would be a good John Hale because he is good at playing the character that makes everybody think he knows what he is doing even when he really doesn't. I think he could make people trust him and believe he knew who was a witch and who wasn't.
